Suffolk Charts

The main progenitor in Suffolk is John PASK, who lived in Wickhambrook in the early 1700s. He married Mirabel SPARROW on 11 November 1708. They had five children. There are 1200+ descendants in this chart.

Peter PASK lived in Stoke by Clare, and Kedington. He married Catherine FROST on on 6 December 1764 in Ridgewell, Essex. Peter died on 4 October 1821. Their descendants span ten generations, and includes over 320 descendants. This family has been extensively researched by Edwin Prockter.

Henry PASKE lived in Kedington. Henry married Frances WALLAKER on 15 June 1789 in Steeple, Essex. Henry died on 1 March 1845 in Kedington, Suffolk, and was buried on 5 March 1845 in Kedington, Suffolk. Their descendants span eight generations, and includes 200 descendants. John PASKE lived in Stragwell. His son John married Mary GOLDSBOROW, and they lived in Cambridge, Cambridgeshire. James PASKE lived in Bury St. Edmunds. He married Catherine PASK née ?, who died on 30 September 1813 in Bury St. Edmunds. He married Deborah BATCHELOR née ? on 7 April 1814 in St. James, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. James made a will dated 8 March 1831, however it is very difficult to read. James died on 3 October 1831 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. This is only a very small chart, and hopefully in the future, James will be linked to one of the larger charts.

Thomas PASKE was born in 1777 in Brockley. He married Frances FARROW on 26 August 1803 in Lawshall. Thomas was buried on 11 February 1855 in All Saints, Lawshall. They had seven children. Thomas PASQUE married Ann KNIGHTING on 8 June 1732 in Theberton, Suffolk. Thomas was the Parish Clerk there. His 200+ descendants span 11 generations, and have many variants of the name, including Pa(r)s(k)(e)(que). This family has been extensively researched by several, including Herbert Bunt, Martyn K. Elmy, Valerie Francis, Kevin Parsk, and Geraldine Edwards.

James PASKE was born on 7 January 1807 in Church Gate Street Presbyterian, Bury St. Edmunds, he was the son of Hannah PASK. James married Harriet Elizabeth MILLS on 22 February 1830 in Bury St. Edmunds. He was a Leather Cutter, and occasional local Baptist preacher. His wife, Harriet, was buried on 18 July 1867 in Bury St. Edmunds, and James married Agness EDGAR in 1870 in the Bury St. Edmunds. This is only a very small chart, and hopefully in the future, we can link him to John & Mirabel Sparrow, as the name of Peachy PASK is mentioned in both branches.
