Joseph married Anne BAVIN on 16 May 1803 in Wellingore, Lincolnshire.1,3
His wife, Anne, died on 1 January 1819 in Fulbeck, Lincolnshire.4 Joseph immigrated to Richland County, Ohio, America. His sons George and Thomas travelled with him. However his daughter, Mary, was temporarily left behind.5 In the census of 1850 in Franklin, Richland County, Ohio, America, he was listed as the father of George PASK.6
Research Note: Joseph could be the same person as Joseph PASK. Need to clarify who his parents were.
Research Note: Joseph could be the same person as Joseph PASK. Need to clarify who his parents were.
Research Note: Although in Ohio naturalization records for Joseph Pask, his son Thomas is listed as having come to the US with Joseph in 1823, Thomas either came across and returned to England, or the immigration record was ambiguous and meant to indicate merely that Joseph had a son Thomas. In any case, Thomas seems to have emigrated after his father did. According to his wife’s obituary, he came to the US in 1845 and settled in Richland County, Ohio. After 4 years there, the family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Two years after that, they moved to Hubbleton, Wisconsin, for 15 years, moving to Bryan, Ohio, in 1864.7
