The marriage was witnessed by Charles TOYE and Arthur EVANS. John was listed as a bachelor aged 35, a Laborer living in Trevethin. His father was James PRICE, a deceased laborer.1,4 John PRICE and Emma PRICE lived at Glyn Row, Trevethin, Monmouthshire.1
In the census of 3 April 1881 in 1 Glyn Row, Trevethin, Monmouthshire, John was listed as aged 40 born in Caldicot, the Head of Household; a Railway Platelayer, living with his wife Emma, and children George Sl., William Hy., Elizabeth J., Adasilla, and Frederick.5

Road, Trevethin, Monmouthshire, he was listed as a Coal Miner, unmarried aged 21 born in Usk, the son of John PRICE.7
George married Margaret Hannah BOOTHMAN on 22 November 1899 in Registry Office, Newport, Monmouthshire.8,1,9
George died on 20 June 1936 in Royal Gwent Hospital, Newport, Monmouthshire, at the age of 66.8,10
