John married Jane PASK, daughter of William PASK and Elizabeth MADDISON, on 14 December 1857 in St. Swithin's Church, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. He was a Farmer, a Bachelor aged 35 living at Cranwell in the county of Lincoln. His father was listed as William PASK, a Farmer. Witnessed by John PASK (groom's brother), and Rebecca OXBY (groom's future sister-in-law.)2,3 At the time of his marriage in 1857, John HODSON was a Farmer lived at Cranwell, Lincolnshire.1 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Rauceby, Lincolnshire, John was listed as aged 38 born in St Rauceby, the Head of Household [no occupation given] living with his wife and child William. Also listed was a visitor Susia? ARNOLD, aged 79 from Wadinton, and three servants.4 In the census of 2 April 1871 in Beacon, Semperingham, Lincolnshire, John was listed as aged 47 born in North Rauceby, the Head of Household a Groundkeeper, living with his wife and children Jane, Willie, and Elizabeth. Also living with them were three servants.5 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Bracken Hill, Heighington, Lincolnshire, John was listed as aged 70 born in Rauceby, the Head of Household a Farmer, living with his wife Jane and children Jane and Willie.6
His wife, Jane, died in 1897 in the Lincoln registration district.7,8,9
In the census of 31 March 1901 in Heighington, Lincolnshire, John was listed as the Head of Household; a Farmer, living with his son Willie and daughter Jane. Also living with them was a servant Walter DORMAN, a Horseman on the farm.10

     Thomas Birkin ALLEN was born in 1855 in Nottingham, Nottinghamshire. His father was Thomas ALLEN, a Hatter.1 At the time of his marriage in 1884, Thomas Birkin ALLEN was a Hatter, and lived at St. Marys, Nottingham, Nottinghamshire.1
Thomas married Eliza PASK, daughter of John PASK and Jane Harrison BROWNLOW, on 28 August 1884 in St. Martin's Church, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. He was a Bachelor aged 29, a Hatter residing at St. Mary's Nottingham. His father was Thomas Allen, a Hatter. The marriage was witnessed by John PASK [bride's father], Mary PASK [bride's sister], and Joseph WORSOP?1,2 In the census of 5 April 1891 in 49 Shaw Street, St. Werburgh, Derby, Derbyshire, Thomas was listed as aged 36 born in Nottingham, the Head of Household a Hatter, living with his wife Eliza, and children Thomas V., Charles E., Arthur L. Also living with them was Elizabeth ALLEN a widow aged 72 from Melton Mowbray Leicestershire (probably his mother.)3
His wife, Eliza, died in 1897 in the Derby registration district.4 In the census of 31 March 1901 in 17 Arundel Street, Derby, Derbyshire, Thomas was listed as a widower, aged 46 born in Nottingham, the Head of Household a Hatter's Manager, living with his children Thoman Vincent, Charles Elmit, Arthur Leslie, and Florence Violet. Also living with them was Kay PAY a housekeeper from Somerby Lincolnshire together with her son Archer Douglas PAY.5

William died in 1865 in the Lincoln registration district.3 William was buried on 8 January 1865 in Plot A2060, Canwick Road Cemetery, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, at the age of 1. He is buried with his sister Ann.4,5

     Kate Mary CHAPMAN was born in 1883 in Navenby, Lincolnshire.2,3,4 In the census of 5 April 1891 she was a neighbour of Jessie PASK, a Domestic Servant, who was aged 13 born in Wellingore, and the daughter of John & Elizabeth PASK.4 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Navenby, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 8, born in Navenby, the daughter of William & Ann Chapman, an Agricultural Labourer.4
Kate married James Heath PASK, son of James PASK and Martha HEATH, in 1902 in the Prestwich registration district.5,1,6
She was the informant of the registration of the birth of her son Leonard PASK who was born on 15 December 1903 at 6 St. Margarets Road, Prestwich, Lancashire.7,8
