Edith Lilian Rose EVANS was born on 9 December 1902 in Maesycwmer, Monmouthshire.4,2,5 She was the daughter of William EVANS and Edith Sarah THOMAS.6
In the census of 2 April 1911 in 15 Wood Street, Bargoed, Glamorganshire, she was listed as aged 8 born in Maesycwmer, the daughter of William EVANS.2
Edith married John J. JONES in 1930 in the Merthyr Tydfil registration district.7
Edith died in 1972 in the Birmingham registration district.5,3 Edith was buried in an umarked grave in Gwaeld y Brithdir, Monmouthshire, alongisde that of Edith and Elizabeth THOMAS.3
