Isabella WOOD1 
Isabella married Samuel PASK, son of James PASK and Martha HEATH, on 13 December 1893 in St. Catherines Church, Barton upon Irwell, Lancashire. She was a Spinster aged 28, residing at S. Pauls Huddersfield. Her father was listed as William Wood, a Manufacturer. The marriage was witnessed by Thomas William Pask, Lily Wood and A. E. Francis.2,3
At the time of the birth of their son Vincent on 29 December 1894, Isabella and Samuel lived at 74 Peel Green Road, Barton upon Irwell, Lancashire.4 In the census of 31 March 1901 in Acregate Lane, Preston, Lancashire, Isabella was listed as a Charwoman, aged 35 born in Huddersfield Yorkshire, the sister of Louisa WOOD (the Head of Household aged 46 born in Huddersfield). Also living in the same household was her sister Lily WOOD, aged 30 born in Huddersfield, and Isabella's children Vincent, Irene, and Irvine.5,6 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 12 Acregate Lane, Preston, Lancashire, she was liviing with her sister Lily WOOD. Isabella was listed as aged 47 born in Huddersfield, married 17 years with three children all living; a Cotton Spinning Winder, living with her children Vincent Alex, Beatrice Irene, and Irving.7
Isabella died in 1942 in the Amounderness registration district.8

He was killed in action on 23 July 1917, fighting in World War I in Belgium.6,5,7 Walter is commemorated in perpetuity in Grave E11, Oak Dump Cemetery, Belgium.5
