     Charles WILLEY was born in December 1857 in Nettleton, Lincolnshire. He was the son of Robert & Mary WILLEY née COOK.^1,2,3,4,5
In the census of 2 April 1871 in Moor House, Clixby, Lincolnshire, he was listed as an Agricultural Labourer, the son of Robert WILLEY a Farmer employing 2 Labourers and 1 boy, living with his wife, six sons and two daughters.⁶
Charles married Ann PASK, daughter of Michael PASK and Elizabeth HERD, on 22 April 1878 in St. John the Evangelist's Church, Washingborough, Lincolnshire.
