Eliza COULSON1,2,3
Eliza COULSON was born in 1825 in Torrington, Lincolnshire.4
Eliza married William PASK, son of John PASK and Maria GORTON, on 18 April 1854 in St. Michael's on the Mount Church, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. She was a Spinster aged 38 residing at Danes Gate. Her father was not listed. The marriage was witnessed by Matthew COULSON, and Elizabeth COULSON.4,2,3,5 Eliza PASK witnessed the marriage of Jane Harrison BROWNLOW and her brother-in-law John PASK on 14 July 1857 in St. Martin's Church, Lincoln, Lincolnshire.6,7,8
In the census of 2 April 1871 in 61 Waterside North, St. Swithin, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 44 born in Torrington, the wife of William PASK (an Innkeeper, living with his wife Eliza and a servant, and boarders.)4 Prior to her death, Eliza lived at 25 Park Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire.9
Eliza's death was registered in 1876 in the Lincoln registration district.10 Eliza was buried on 29 November 1876 in Canwick Road Cemetery, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. She is buried with her husband William.1,9
Research Note: Eliza's ages seem to differ between the 1871 census, and her death in 1876. However there is no other Eliza, or Elizabeth that matches. Probably in the census she did not want to admit that she was 12 years older than her husband.10
