Elizabeth married Frank Bartropp in 1880 in Gainsborough, Lincolnshire.2,1 As of 1880, her married name was Bartropp.1
In the 1911 census it was recorded as the marriage having a total 10 children, 7 still living and 3 deceased. In the 1881 census it was shown that they had a daughter Charlotte age one. In the 1891 census it was shown that they had 5 children - Charlotte 11, Sarah 9, Lisey 3, Annie one and a female child "born today 5th April 1891. In the 1901 census it was shown that they had 5 daughters - Elizabeth (Lisey) 14, Annie 11, Betsy 9, Frances 5, Flora age one. In the 1911 census it was shown that they had a daughter Florence 11 (Flora) and son Frank 8.
Only Sarah was found away from the family and shown in the 1901 census as a Visitor in Lancaster.1
