Finds Prowler Is Her Brother
CHICAGO - In the darkness of the night James and Lorraine Reynolds grew frightened at the strange sounds in their suburban Chicago Heights music store and called police.
The police spotted the prowler early today and shot and killed him.
Mrs. Reynolds became hysterical when she saw the body. It was her brother Richard Paske, 27, a construction worker.
Police reported that the Reynolds, who have an apartment above the music store, were awakened by strange sounds in the store and went outdoors where they stopped a private watchman, Lawrence Burgess, 27.
Burgess notified Chicago Heights police and then entered the store, where he was slugged and shot in the forearm. Police arrived at this time and cornered the prowler in a stockroom. Demands that he surrender brought no response. Policeman Donald Share said he saw a shadow and started firing his submachine gun, fatally wounding Paske.3

Edward Allen Paske, 81, husband of Laurie LaMond Paske, died Tuesday, June 17, 2014 in Nicholasville. He was born in Phoenix, Illinois, son of the late Frank and Jeanette Rozwalka Paske.
Former owner of Lexington Joint and Clutch, Inc. for over 45 years. He served with the US Army, he raised, trained and raced Standard Bred Horses and he loved to race Camaros and Corvettes.
Surviving besides his wife are two daughters, Julie (Mike) Scott, Ft. Wayne, Indiana and Karen Kincaid, Springfield, Tennessee; three sons, Steve (Cheri) Paske, Ft. Wayne, Indiana, Gerry Paske and David (Kim) Paske, of Lexington, Kentucky; one sister, Lorraine Reynolds, Jupiter, Florida; thirteen grandchildren and seven great grandchildren.
He was also preceded in death by two sons, Jeffrey and Edward Joseph Paske; one brother and three sisters.
Funeral Information Visitation will be from 10am-11am, Friday, June 20, 2014 at Pax Christi Catholic Church.His celebration of life service will be held at 11am, Friday, June 20, 2014 at Pax Christi Catholic Church, conducted by Father Nick Pagano, with burial to follow at 1:30pm at Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Donations Information: In honor of Edward's life and legacy donations can be made to Woodford County Humane Society and/or Wounded Warriors Project.3,9

Edward was buried on 20 June 2014 in Camp Nelson National Cemetery, Jessamine County, Kentucky, USA.10

Jeffery Allen Paske, 59, formerly of Fort Wayne and Auburn, died on Friday, February 1, 2013 at his residence in Beech Grove, Ind.
A loving father, grandfather, brother, uncle and friend – a soft spoken man who nonetheless left a large impression on the people around him – a deep thinker who had a wicked sense of humor. Jeff will be remembered with love and laughter by his son Seth (Jennifer) Paske, grandson, Jacob Paske and granddaughter, Jordan Paske of Beech Grove, Ind. Jeff is also survived by his father Edward A. Paske of Lexington, KY; brother, Steve (Cheryl) Paske and sister, Julie (Michael) Scott of Fort Wayne; brothers, Dave (Kim) Paske and Gerald “Jack” Paske of Lexington, KY; sister, Karen Kincaid of Nashville, Tenn., and many loving nephews, nieces and friends. Jeff was preceded in death by his mother, Arlette M. Paske and younger brother Edward J. Paske. “May the wings on your heels now take you wherever you wish Jeff.” Visitation will be on Tuesday, February 5, 2013 from 1p-3p with funeral service to follow at 3p at Legacy Cremation & Funeral Services, 1604 W. Morris Street, Indianapolis. The family requests that in lieu of flowers donations be made to the family for final expenses.3
