Samuel married Mary GILBERT on 16 September 1798 in St. Giles' Church, Balderton, Nottinghamshire. He was otp East Allington Lincolnshire.2
He was named as a beneficiary in his mother's, Alice GROCOCK, will dated 3 October 1810.3,4

His mother's, Alice GROCOCK, estate was probated to him on 22 November 1814 at Lincoln Probate Registry, Lincoln, Lincolnshire.3
Samuel made a will dated 25 November 1814 in East Allington, Lincolnshire.5,4
Samuel was buried on 1 December 1814 in St. James' Church, East Allington, Lincolnshire, at the age of 47.6

His estate was probated to his wife, and nephew, Mary GROCOCK and Richard GROCOCK, on 18 February 1815 in Lincoln Probate Registry, Lincoln, Lincolnshire.7,4
