Hepzibah married James Jacklin, son of George Jacklin and Sarah (?), on 5 May 1851 in All Saints' Church, Holbeach, Lincolnshire.1,3 Hepzibah Jacklin and James Jacklin emigrated to Palmyra, Lenawee County, Michigan, U.S.A.; it is believed that James and Hepzibah emigrated and joined Edward and Jane over in Michigan, USA c 1851 and started their family out there.4

Research Note: in the 1871census Hepzibah stepfather and mother Mary were living with her grandmother Hannah Thornton in Holbeach.
