He witnessed the marriage of Lewis RICHARDS and Elizabeth PASKE on 28 April 1779 in Cwmcarvan, Monmouthshire.3,6,7,8
His wife, Rachael, was buried on 5 January 1787 in Cwmcarvan, Monmouthshire.9
Isaac was detailed on page 182 of Joseph Alfred Bradney's book of Monmouthshire:"A house and lands called Cae'r-bont, Gworlodfach, Cae'r-ysgubor, Cae'r-quarrel and Cae'r-odyn, comprising 20 acres bounded by the lands of Francis Mills, gent., the glebe of Cwmcarvan, lands of Charles Phillips, of James Richards and the road from Ffosydd to Cwmcarvan church, were surrended at a court held 6 October, 1787, by Thomas Evans of Llangattock Vibon Avel, esq., to Isaac Pask of Cwmcarvan, yeoman, for life, with remainder to Isaac Pask, jun., of Melin Griffith, co. Glamorgan, yeoman, for life, with remainder to James Pask of London, carpenter (son of the said Isaac Pask, sen.), for life, remainder to Elizabeth, wife of Lewis Richards of Mitcheltroy, yeoman, remainder to Lewis Richards, jun., of Mitcheltroy, remainder to Elizabeth, daughter of the said Lewis and Elizabeth.10,11" Isaac was buried on 3 May 1791 in Cwmcarvan, Monmouthshire.12

James died in November 1799 in St. Mary's Church, Lambeth, London, at the age of 56.1
His estate was probated to Lewis RICHARDS on 6 November 1799 at London.10

Elizabeth married Lewis RICHARDS on 28 April 1779 in Cwmcarvan, Monmouthshire. She was the daughter of Isaac Pask of Cwmcarven. The marriage was witnessed by Elizabeth HAYDON & Isaac PASK [her father].1,3,4,5
Elizabeth RICHARDS was detailed on page 182 of Joseph Alfred Bradney's book of Monmouthshire: "A house and lands called Cae'r-bont, Gworlodfach, Cae'r-ysgubor, Cae'r-quarrel and Cae'r-odyn, comprising 20 acres bounded by the lands of Francis Mills, gent., the glebe of Cwmcarvan, lands of Charles Phillips, of James Richards and the road from Ffosydd to Cwmcarvan church, were surrended at a court held 6 October, 1787, by Thomas Evans of Llangattock Vibon Avel, esq., to Isaac Pask of Cwmcarvan, yeoman, for life, with remainder to Isaac Pask, jun., of Melin Griffith, co. Glamorgan, yeoman, for life, with remainder to James Pask of London, carpenter (son of the said Isaac Pask, sen.), for life, remainder to Elizabeth, wife of Lewis Richards of Mitcheltroy, yeoman, remainder to Lewis Richards, jun., of Mitcheltroy, remainder to Elizabeth, daughter of the said Lewis and Elizabeth.6,7" She was named as a beneficiary in her brother James PASK's will made on 26 October 1799.8

His estate was probated to Patience PASK on 13 May 1829 at Usk, Monmouthshire.11,9,10
