     William Robert WINDWOOD was born on 6 May 1877 in Flempton cum Hengrave, Suffolk.2,3,1 He was the son of James WYNWOOD and Emma PASK.3,2 In the census of 3 April 1881 in 3 Salem Row, Cemetry Road, St. Mary, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 4 born in Flempton, the daughter of James WINWORD.3 In the census of 5 April 1891 in 7 Victoria Place, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as an Agricultural Labourer aged 16 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the son of James WINWOOD.4 William served in the Boer War, and World War I. He was promoted to Sergeant.1
William married his first cousin once removed, Lily WARDEN, daughter of George WARDEN and Harriet PARTRIDGE, in 1902 in the Bury St. Edmunds registration district.1,5,6
William died in 1950 in Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.1,7

     James PASK was baptised on 27 June 1773 in Newchurch, Monmouthshire.3 He was the son of William PASK and Jane HARRY.3
James married Elizabeth PASK née ? circa 1800.1
James was mentioned in a list of Dissenters, dated 21 August 1817 it details:
"Independant; a house called Lletty'r Deryn occupied by William PASK, farmer; the Reverand David THOMAS, James PASK, John PASK, Isaac PASK, William PASK, James POWEL; No 244. (Endorsed 1817, August 27.)4"
In 1821, before the death of Elizabeth, James and Elizabeth lived at Wolvesnewton, Monmouthshire.5
His wife, Elizabeth, was buried on 14 November 1821 in Newchurch, Monmouthshire.5
On 7 October 1838, at the time of the baptism of their daughter Jane PASK, James and Harriet lived in Mynydd-Bach, Monmouthshire.6
James married Harriett PRICE on 4 June 1839 in St. Cadoc's Church, Trevethin, Monmouthshire. He was a Widower of full age, a Timber ? residing in Pontypool. His father was listed as William Pask Deceased.2,7,8
In the census of 7 June 1841 in Wolvesnewton, Monmouthshire, James was listed as aged 65 the Head of Household a Farmer, assumed to be living with his wife Harriet, and children Charles, Hannah, and Jane.2
In the census of 30 March 1851 in Mynydd-Bach, Monmouthshire, James was listed as a Pauper aged 80 born in Llangwm, the Head of Household a Pauper, living with his wife Harriet, and children Charles, and Jane.9
James's death was registered in 1851 in the Chepstow registration district.10 He was buried on 11 May 1851 in St. Peter's Church, Newchurch, Monmouthshire.11,12

Research Note: James's age at burial, and in the GRO Online Index, is given as 80, but it is assumed to be James, who was only 77 as there is no other James of that age in this area.13

Charles married Rachel MORGAN on 6 May 1799 in Abergavenny, Monmouthshire. He was residing at Abergavenny.1,3
Charles died on 28 March 1814 at the age of 45.4,5
He was mentioned in his father's, William PASKE, will made on 25 March 1825.6

Research Note: There was a baptism entry for Charles in Cwmcaravan's registers, however seven months' later there was a burial reference.7,8

In the census of 2 April 1871 in Mitchel Troy, Monmouthshire, Thomas was listed as aged 60, his place of birth was not known, the Head of Household; a Labourer, living with his wife Ann.15
Thomas died on 17 November 1876 of self-inflicted injuries, at the age of 65, and his death was registered in the Monmouth registration district.2,16 Thomas was buried on 23 November 1876 in St. Catwyg, Cwmcarvan, Monmouthshire.4

In the census of 7 June 1841 in Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire, he was listed as the son of Thomas PASK.4 He was listed as a Hurdlemaker, a widower aged 40 born in Llangwm, a Lodger in the census of 7 April 1861 in Itton, Monmouthshire.5 He was listed as a Hurdle Maker, a widower aged 50, a Lodger of Robert RICHARDS and his family, in the census of 2 April 1871 in Fidlers, Itton, Monmouthshire.6 He was listed as a widower, a Lath Bender, aged 59 born in Newport, a Boarder of Alfred STOCKWELL in the census of 3 April 1881 in 2 Livingstone Place, Christchurch, Newport, Monmouthshire.7
He was listed in the census of 5 April 1891 at 43 Livingstone Road, Christchurch, Newport, Monmouthshire.8 In the census of 5 April 1891 in 43 Livingstone Road, Christchurch, Newport, Monmouthshire, he was listed as a Lathmaker, aged 68 born in Newport Monmouthshire, the uncle of Alfred STOCKWELL.8 In the census of 31 March 1901, he was listed as a retired Farm Labourer, an inmate feebleminded, aged 78 born in Kilgwrrwg, an Inmate in the Chepstow Union Workhouse, Chepstow, Monmouthshire.9
Charles died on 3 May 1903 in Union Workhouse, Chepstow, Monmouthshire, at the age of 80. He was listed as a General Labourer of Kilgwrrwg.10,11

Caroline married George DAVIS on 24 December 1850 in Church of the Holy Cross, Kilgwrrwg, Monmouthshire. She was a Spinster of full age, residing at Kilgwrrwg. Her father was listed as Jacob Paske a Labourer. The marriage was witnessed by John WATERS, and Elizabeth WALTERS.4,5

Research Note: There were inconsistencies in the marriage record - the surname was listed as DAVIS, and DAVIES; PASK, and PASKE; and the witnesses were WATERS, and WALTERS.5
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Llangwm, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 35 born in Kilgwrrwg, the wife of George DAVIES (a Wood Cutter, living with his wife Caroline, and their daughters Emma, Hannah, Elizabeth, Mary J., and Caroline.)6
In the census of 2 April 1871 in Ystradfellte, Breconshire, she was listed as aged 43 born in Monmouthshire, the wife of George DAVIES (a Wood Collier, living with his wife Caroline, and their daughters Hannah, Elizabeth, Mary J., Caroline, Laura, 'Sally', 'Meruh', and Mary Ann. Also listed was five Boarders/Lodgers, two of which were Isabela PASK (a Widow), and Jacob PASK (a Widower.)8)
In the census of 3 April 1881 in Pontneathvaughan Village, Ystradfellte, Breconshire, she was listed as aged 62 born in Kilgwrrwg Monmouthshire, the wife of George DAVIES (a Charcoal Burner, living with his wife Caroline, and their grandson Charles MORGAN. Also listed was two Lodgers.)9
