     Vincent Alexander PASK CBE was born on 29 December 1894 in 74 Peel Green Road, Barton upon Irwell, Lancashire.3,1,2 He was the son of Samuel PASK and Isabella WOOD.3,2 In the census of 31 March 1901 in Acregate Lane, Preston, Lancashire, he was listed as aged 6 born in Barton Lancashire, the son of Isabella PASK.3,4 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 12 Acregate Lane, Preston, Lancashire, he was listed as a Clerk, aged 16 born in Barton Manchester, the nephew of Lily WOOD.5
Vincent married Ethel M. SILVER in 1918 in the Cardiff registration district.6,7
Vincent married Nancye E. FRANCIS on 21 February 1942 in Caxton Hall, Westminster, London.7,8,9,10 Vincent Alexander PASK CBE was the informant of the registration of the birth of his son Stephen Francis Alexander PASK who was born on 13 February 1943 at 42 Morris Lane, Leeds, Yorkshire.7,11,10,12 He was listed as a Chartered Electrical & Mechanical Engineer, living at "Conrad", Creskeld Drive, Bramhope, Yorkshire.12
Her husband, Nancye, died in 1952 in the Surrey Mid East registration district.7,13 In August 1953, at the time of his marriage to Muriel, Vincent lived at The Gables, Brighton Road, Banstead, Surrrey.14
Vincent married Muriel Jean Sarah SEAR on 26 August 1953 in London.14,15
Vincent married Gwen GRIFFITHS circa 1965.16
Vincent died in 1968 in the Southwark registration district.17
Stephen wrote
     "My father was captain of England Schoolboys soccer team, left school at 13, turned down a career as a professional football player with Blackburn Rovers and went on to play county tennis and become Chief Electrical Engineer of the then Central Electricity Generating Board (CEGB) and then Managing Director of one of the John Brown group of companies. He was awarded a CBE for services to the electricity industry.
     He had two sons and a daughter by his first marriage and me by his second wife. After my mother died young he married twice more and died in 1968 aged 73. Unfortunately, as his career progressed he had very little contact with his siblings and my younger half brother remembers meeting his grandmother only once and never met his aunt and uncle."4,7

Research Note: Stephen wrote: "I think Walter was a railway engineer and they spent most of their lives in South America. As a widow, Irene finished up living in Lytham St Annes, Lancashire where she died in the late 50’s or early 60’s. We are not sure if they had children.5"
