Joseph PEARCE was born in 1814.2
Joseph married Susannah ROSSER.2 At the time of his son James' marriage in 1862, Joseph was a Master Blacksmith.3 Joseph, and his wife were buried in Bethany Baptist Chapel Cemetery, Newport, Monmouthshire.1
Joseph died on 13 November 1892 in 71 Duckpool Road, Newport, Monmouthshire; The inscription from Bethany Church records reads: "Joseph Pearce / who died at 71 Buckpool Rd Newport, / November 13th 1892 / aged 78 years / Also / Susannah Pearce / wife of the above / who died Sept 13th 1896 / aged 78 years / .. not little flock for it is your / .. good pleasure to give you the / kingdom." The address should read Duckpool Road.2

Charlotte married William PASK, son of John PASK and Sarah PASK née ?, in 1873 in the Barnsley registration district.2,1 In the census of 3 April 1881 in Wombwell, Yorkshire, she was listed as aged 28 born Wombwell, the wife of William PASK; a Coal Miner, living with his wife Charlotte and children Harry, Clara, and Horatio.3 In the census of 5 April 1891 in 6 Wombwell Main, Wombwell, Yorkshire, she was listed as aged 38 born in Conisbrough,the wife of William PASK; a Coalminer, living with his wife Charlotte, and children Harry, Clara, and Horatio.4
Her husband, William, died in 1892 in the Barnsley registration district.5 Charlotte married Frederick WRIGHT in 1895 in the Barnsley, Yorkshire, registration district.6,7
In the census of 31 March 1901 in 6 Wombwell Main, Wombwell, Yorkshire, Charlotte was listed as the Head of Household; married, aged 46 born in Wombwell, living with her two sons Harry and Horatio PASK, and daughter Annie KENT. Her husband was not listed in the household.8

Research Note: Need to clarify whether Frederick WRIGHT is correct, as in the 1901 census she was called Charlotte KENT.7

     Douglas Alexander PASK OBE was born on 23 March 1919, in the Preston registration district.1,3,4 He was the son of Vincent Alexander PASK CBE and Ethel May SILVER.1
Douglas married Olga D. FLETCHER in 1959 in the Whitehaven registration district.5,6 He was awarded an OBE for services to the electricity industry. He was also awarded the Volunteer Reserve Decoration (VRD). He was a Fellow of the Institution of Civil Engineers (FICE).1,7

Douglas died in May 2008 at the age of 89.8 His obituary was recorded in the Imperial College London Alumni. It reads "Douglas served in the RNVR during the war. Afterwards, he was involved for 38 years in the electrical industry. Much of his career was in the construction of nuclear power stations, later becoming Director General of the South West region of the CEGB. He always retained his love of the sea and was awarded the V.R.D. He is survived by his wife, Denise, and son, Dominic. His daughter Dr Melanie J. Pask PhD (Imperial College London) predeceased him two years ago." on 9 July 2008.2

Vivienne married William David GODDARD on 24 July 1943 in St. Giles Parish Church, Bramhope, Yorkshire.3,4 Her husband, William, was killed in action on 2 August 1944, fighting in World War II in Normandy, France.5
Vivienne married Alexander Herbert BLACOW in 1947 in Royal Naval Gunnery School, Whale Island, Portsmouth, Hampshire.6,7,8 Vivienne died on 16 September 1998 in the West Surrey registration district at the age of 77.1,9

Nancye died in 1952 in the Surrey Mid East registration district.1,5

Research Note: Stephen writes: "Nancye Ellen was born on 9 August 1914, just 5 days after the start of WW1. Birth Certificate No. 316 Tranmere, Birkenhead 1914. Dental Nurse assisting Sadie How (Godmother of SFAP) in Norfolk schools At the time of her marriage in February 1942 she was living at East Dereham, Norfolk.2"
