Arthur Lawrence CROSS was born on 10 February 1918 in Canada.1 He was the son of Arthur George CROSS and Florence Gertrude Agatha PASK.1 Arthur died on 28 February 1943 at the age of 25. Arthur was an Air Force Pilot during World War II, and he was shot down in a Spitfire over the English Channel.1,2 Arthur is commemorated in perpetuity at the Runnymede Memorial, Englefield Green, Surrey.2
