Arthur Noel MORTON was born on 6 January 1923 in Risca, Monmouthshire.1,2 He was the son of Arthur George MORTON and Olive PASK.1 Arthur Noel MORTON was baptised on 23 March 1923.1
Arthur married Katharine Frances Boswell LOFT in Louth, Lincolnshire. They had four children.3,4 Arthur was an Economist in Risca, Monmouthshire.4
Arthur died on 12 November 1985 in Brussels, Belgium, at the age of 62.1
