Thomas George MORGAN was born on 10 December 1895 in Neath, Glamorgan.1,3,4
Thomas married Beryl PASK, daughter of Amos PASK and Ann EVANS, on 6 November 1920 in Moriah Chapel, Risca, Monmouthshire.1,2,5 Thomas was a Miner in Risca, Monmouthshire.3 He witnessed the marriage of John Gordon BLAKE and his daughter Patricia MORGAN on 8 June 1957 in Cwmcarn, Monmouthshire.3,6,7
A photograph was taken outside Buckingham Palace in 1957 when Thomas George Morgan was awarded the M.B.E. and his son Roy Morgan was awarded the R.V.M. on the same day. Cyril Morgan also received the O.B.E. on a different occasion. Left to right: John Wilson, John Blake, Patricia Blake née Morgan, Marian Wilson née Morgan, Cyril Morgan, Thomas George Morgan, John Morgan, Roy Morgan, Olive Morgan née Preece, Beryl Morgan née Pask, and Tom Morgan.8
Thomas died on 7 March 1970 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire, at the age of 74.1,3,4 Thomas was cremated in Cwmbran, Monmouthshire.3
