The earliest known progenitor in Lincolnshire is John Pask. He married three times. Firstly to a woman (name unknown - who died before 1562) by whom he had four children who lived beyond 1562: John (-1608), Thomas (dates unknown), Elizabeth (-1573) and Catherine (-1613). There is no particular reason for this order of birth. Secondly (1570) he married Margaret Cock (-1583) by whom he had one child: Ann (1570-). Thirdly (1583) he married Agnes (Ann?) Clarke (-1599), with no known issue. Descendants span fifteen generations.
