Frank William PASK was born on 23 August 1874 in Shoreditch, London.1,2 He was the son of George PASK and Mary Ann BETTONEY.1,3 At the time of his baptism, he lived with his parents George and Mary at 77 Long Street, Bethnal Green, London.1,4 Frank William PASK was baptised on 8 November 1874 in St. James The Great, Bethnal Green, London.1 His mother, Mary, died in 1876 in the Shoreditch registration district when he was 2 years old.5
In the census of 5 April 1891, he was listed as aged 15, in an Institution Ship "Shaftesbury", moored off Grays Essex. The ship was an Industrial School Training Ship under the management of the School Board for London. It states he was under legal detention to the age of 16 years according to Industrial Schools Acts of 1866 and subsequent acts.6
In the census of 31 March 1901 in 30 Brantholme Place, St. Pancras, London, Frank was listed as the Head of Household; a Shoeblack. Also listed was John Hayward, a Boarder.7
Frank married Elizabeth GRAY on 5 August 1901 in St. Anne's Church, Hoxton, Shoreditch, London. He was a Bachelor aged 27, a Dealer residing at 29 Bevenden Street. His father was listed as George Pask (Deceased) a Coachman. The marriage was witnessed by George SEARLE?, and Caroline FREEMAN.8,9,10,3
In the census of 2 April 1911 in 52 Allerton Street, Shoreditch, London, Frank was listed as aged 36 born in Shoreditch, the Head of Household; a Shoeblack, living with his wife Elizabeth.8
Frank died in 1928 in the Islington registration district.11
