Edward was listed as Edward PASK, however it is understood that he was in fact William's stepson and born Edward SPRIGGS, the son of Sarah & Edward SPRIGGS (1814-1848).⁶

Also living with them was George COATES, a servant unmarried aged 28 together with a visitor Elizabeth PALMER, who was married aged 51 and was born in Newton, Somerset.⁷ William died on 9 August 1876 in 140 Cable Street, St. George in the East, London. The informant was John White, his brother-in-law, of 53 Queen Street, Stepney, who was present at the death.^4,3,5

      Sarah was also known as Sarah PASKE.² She was born in 1818 in Salisbury, Wiltshire, Her father was Edward NEWTH, a Gardener.^3,4,2,5 Her married name was Sarah SPRIGGS.³ Sarah married Edward SPRIGGS, a cooper in 1842 in St. Dunstans, Stepney, London. Edward died in 1848, leaving Sarah with three children, of which one, Edward, was born posthumously.³
Sarah PASK was the informant of the birth of William PASK on 26 June 1857 in 2 Spencer Street, Saint George, Middlesex.¹
In the census of 7 April 1861 in 2 Spencer Street South, St. George in the East, London, she was listed as a laundress aged 40 born in Salisbury Wiltshire, the wife of William PASK; a Tavern Waiter living with his wife Sarah and children Edward and William. Edward was listed as Edward PASK, however it is understood that he was in fact William's stepson and born Edward SPRIGGS, the son of Sarah & Edward SPRIGGS (1814-1848).⁵

Her father was Samuel HOBBS, a Man Cook.^2,1 Rosina married Charles Alfred PASK II, son of William Alfred PASK I and Charlotte LOADES, on 9 September 1875 in the St Paul's Church, Charlton, Kent. Witnessed by Thomas BAMFIELD and Belinda Alice Marion HOBBS.^1,3

Charles Alfred PASK III was born on 24 September 1876 in 48 Brand Street, Greenwich, Kent.^1,2 He was the son of Charles Alfred PASK II and Rosina Sarah HOBBS.^1,3 He was listed as a Boarder in the census of 31 March 1901 in 3 Montford Place, Lambeth, London.⁴ Charles married Isabella Phoebe LAWSON on 25 December 1904 in All Saints Church, Leyton, Essex. He was a Salesman, a Bachelor aged 26, residing at 1 Maryann Villas, Lea Bridge Road, Leyton. His father was listed as Charles Alfred Pask (deceased), a Smith. The marriage was witnessed by William John Lawson, and Amy Maud James.^5,3 Charles died on 13 November 1917 in 13 Whittaker Street, Sloane Square, London, at age 41. He joined in October 1917, and, attached to the A.P.C., did good work at Woolwich. On November 13th 1917, ony six weeks after his enlistment, he died of a heart attack, brought about by the bursting of a bood vessel whilst raising a heavy weight during an air raid.^1,6,7 Charles was buried in Grave No. 223. B20, Wandsworth Cemetery, London.¹

She was listed in the household of George PAGET, a widower aged 91. Her relationshipe to George was "adopted". Her occupation was given as housekeeper.³

Susannah PASK was born between 1823 and 1824 in Southwark, London.^2,3 She was baptised on 30 June 1837 in St. Mary, Lambeth, London, a Joint baptism of Emma, Ann, Charles, Mary Ann, Susanna, and Rebecca.^1,4 She was the daughter of George Henry PASK and Maria BROWNING.¹ In the census of 3 April 1881 in 272 Kennington Park Road, Lambeth, London, she was listed as aged 54, a Housekeeper, the servant of Maurice DUKE.⁵ In the census of 31 March 1901 in 24 Woolwich Road, Erith, Kent, she was listed as aged 77, the sister of Amelia PASK.³ Susannah died in 1911 in the Dartford, Kent.²

George Joshua PASK was born on 18 August 1821 in Southwark, Surrey.^6,5 He was baptised on 13 January 1822 in St. George the Martyr, Southwark, London.^1,2 He was the son of George Henry PASK and Maria BROWNING.^1,2,3 In the census of 30 March 1851 in 12 Tower Street, Southwark, London, he was listed as a Boot Closer, aged 29 born in St. George Surrey, the son of George PASK.⁴ George was a Shoemaker, and later a Master Bootmaker.¹ George married Charlotte DEVENISH on 3 April 1853 in St. Mark, Kennington, London. Witness by Wm EASTER and Sarah Ann HIGGINS [Both witnesses may have been Parish Clerks as they witnessed several other weddings at this church]. He was a Shoe Maker, a Batchelor of full age residing at Devonshire Place. His father was listed as George Peter PASK, a Shoemaker.^1,7,8

Research Note: In the marriage certificate of Eliza PASK, her father was stated as George PASK, a Boot Maker. This could be either the father George Henry PASK, or his son George Joshua PASK, who were both Boot Makers. Eliza's birth certificate cannot be found. Additionally we cannot find her in the 1851 census.¹⁴

PASK.⁵ He was listed in the census of 2 April 1871 a Bootmaker's Assistant.² In the census of 3 April 1881 in 39 Thorne Street, Wandsworth Road, Lambeth, London, he was listed as "Geo." aged 27 born in Lambeth Surrey, a Bootmaker, the son of George Joshua PASK.⁶ George married Emily ADAMS in 1890 in the Lambeth, London.^1,7,8,2
