At the time of his baptism, he lived with his parents Thomas and Elizabeth in Middlesex Street, Whitechapel, London.1 He was baptised on 12 May 1831 in St. Mary's Church, Whitechapel, London.1
Research Note: The birthdate given for Charles is April 18 1831, however another child James Peter was born on 10 February 1831. Additionally Charles was not listed in the 1841 census. Also the address is different, and the occupation. No other information is found on Charles William - this is felt to be an error by the Parish Clerk.1

Walter married Ethel Gertrude HEAD on 26 September 1936 in St. Gabriel's Church, Bounds Green, Middlesex. He was a Bachelor aged 26, a Mechanic residing at 100 Shrewsbury Road N11. His father was listed as Walter PASK deceased. The marriage was witnessed by L. FERNEE, and Phoebe N. HEAD.4,5,6
On 29 September 1939, in the 1939 National Register, Walter and his wife Ethel, were listed as living in 29 Cardinal Avenue, Morden, Surrey. He was born on 16 October 1909, and his occupation was a Cycle Machanic (Foreman.)2
