Jane PASK was born on 15 December 1825 in Nocton, Lincolnshire.¹ She was the daughter of William PASK and Elizabeth MADDISON.^1,2 She was listed in the census of 7 June 1841 at Nocton, Lincolnshire, a Farm Servant, aged 15 living alone.³ In the census of 30 March 1851 in Nocton, Lincolnshire, she was listed as unmarried aged 25 born in Nocton, the daughter of William PASK.⁴ Jane PASK witnessed the marriage of Ann BROWN and her brother Joseph PASK on 9 September 1851 in All Saints, Canwick, Lincolnshire.^5,6
Jane married John HODSON on 14 December 1857 in St. Swithin, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. She was a Spinster aged 32 residing at Butchery Street N12. Her father was listed as William PASK, a Farmer. Witnessed by John PASK (groom's brother), and Rebecca OXBY (groom's future sister-in-law).^7,8 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Rauceby, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 34 born in Nocton, the wife of John HODSON; [no occupation given] living with his wife and child William. Also listed was a visitor Susia? ARNOLD, aged 79 from Wadinton, and three servants.⁹ In the census of 2 April 1871 in Beacon, Semperingham, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 45 born in Nocton, the wife of John HODSON; a Groundkeeper, living with his wife and children Jane, Willie, and Elizabeth. Also living with them were three servants.¹⁰ In the census of 5 April 1891 in Bracken Hill, Heighington, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 64 born in Nocton, the wife of John HODSON; a Farmer, living with his wife Jane and children Jane and Willie.¹¹
Jane's death was registered in 1897 in the Lincoln registration district.^12,13,14

      Eleanor was also known as Ellen PASK.² She was baptised on 3 December 1826 in Nocton, Lincolnshire.^1,3 She was the daughter of Henry PASK and Elizabeth (?).¹ In the census of 7 June 1841 in Nocton, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 14 assumed to be the daughter of Henry PASK.⁴
Ellen married John MORGAN on 5 February 1850 in St. Swithin, Lincoln, Lincolnshire. She was a Spinster aged 23, residing at Butchery Street in the parish of St. Martin. Her father was listed as Henry Pask, a Cottager. The marriage was witnessed by Edward SANDALL, and Mary GOOD.^2,5 In the census of 30 March 1851 in 4 Butchery Street, Lincoln, Lincolnshire, she was listed as aged 24 born in Nocton, the wife of the son of Ann Morgan, a widow.⁶

     William COOK was baptised on 20 October 1804 in Branston, Lincolnshire.^2,3,4
William married Sarah PASK, daughter of John PASK and Mary PASK née ?, on 17 August 1830 in Nocton, Lincolnshire. witnessed by Martha KING and Sarah THORP. They had ten children, all born in Metheringham.^5,6
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Drury Street, Metheringham, Lincolnshire, William was listed as the Head of Household; a Boot & Shoemaker Master employing one man, living with his wife Sarah, two sons and two daughters.³ His wife, Sarah, was buried on 13 January 1881 in St. Wilfred, Metheringham, Lincolnshire, at age 72.⁷ William was buried on 15 February 1881 in St. Wilfred, Metheringham, Lincolnshire.²

     Sarah PASK was baptised on 27 January 1808 in Metheringham, Lincolnshire.^3,2,4 She was the daughter of John PASK and Mary PASK née ?²
Sarah married William COOK on 17 August 1830 in Nocton, Lincolnshire. witnessed by Martha KING and Sarah THORP. They had ten children, all born in Metheringham.^1,5
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Drury Street, Metheringham, Lincolnshire, she was listed as the wife of William COOKE (a Boot & Shoemaker Master employing one man, living with his wife Sarah, two sons and two daughters).⁴
Sarah died on 10 January 1881 at the age of 72.³ Sarah was buried on 13 January 1881 in St. Wilfred, Metheringham, Lincolnshire, at the age of 72.⁶

     Edmund PASK was baptised on 10 January 1836 in Nocton, Lincolnshire.^1,2 He was the son of Edward PASK and Elizabeth DANSBY.¹ In the census of 7 June 1841 in Nocton, Lincolnshire, he was listed as aged 5, assumed to be the grandson of Joseph DANSBY.³ In the census of 30 March 1851 in Alms Houses, Nocton, Lincolnshire, he was listed as aged 15 born in Nocton, the son of Elizabeth PASK.⁴ In the census of 7 April 1861 in Putney Heath, Putney, London, he was listed as unmarried, aged 23 born in Nocton Lincolnshire, a servant.⁵
Edmund married Grace SANDERS in 1867 in the St. George Hanover Square registration district.^6,7,8 In the census of 2 April 1871 in 7 Stanley Street, St. Lukes, Chelsea, London, Edmund was listed as aged 34 born in Lincoln, the Head of Household a Domestic Servant, living with his wife Grace and son Edward F.⁶
Edmund's death was registered in 1895 in the Chelsea registration district.⁹

Research Note: By coincidence, in the 1871 census living next door to each other was Henry Pask, from Bury St. Edmunds Suffolk, and Edmund Pask from Nocton Lincolnshire. There is no known relationship between the two families.^10,6
