In the census of 30 March 1851 in Nocton, Lincolnshire, Francis was listed as the Head of Household; a Labourer, listed with his wife Elizabeth, and grandson Edward PASK. Also listed was Martha TWELL, and two boarders.⁴

     Samuel PASK was baptised on 5 December 1830 in Boothby Graffoe, Lincolnshire.^1,5,6,2 He was the son of Richard PASK and Mary WRIGHT.^1,2,3,4 In the census of 7 June 1841 in North Lane, Boothby Graffoe, Lincolnshire, he was listed as aged 10, assumed to be the son of Richard PASK.⁷ Before his marriage, he was living as an Agricultural labourer on Moores Farm, Spridlington, working for William Twidale, the farmer.⁸
Samuel married Mary BURRELL, daughter of Thomas BURRILL and Jane WATSON, on 25 December 1852 in St Andrew's, Boothby Graffoe, Lincolnshire.
