- Chart 32: Joseph PASK, (1773- ) lived in Lincolnshire, immigrated to Richland County, Ohio USA #3163
Thomas PASK was born on 11 May 1810 in Lincolnshire.1,2 He was the son of Joseph PASK and Anne BAVIN.1 Thomas PASK was baptised on 29 November 1810 in Fulbeck, Lincolnshire.3 He immigrated with Joseph PASK to Richland County, Ohio, America; His sons George and Thomas travelled with him. However his daughter, Mary, was temporarily left behind.1
Thomas married Elizabeth HALL in November 1832 in Lincolnshire.2
In the census of 7 June 1841 in Anwick, Lincolnshire, Thomas was listed as the Head of Household; a Tailor?, assumed to be living with his wife Elizabeth and son Joseph.4 Thomas and Elizabeth PASK immigrated to Richland County, Ohio, America.2 As of 1849, Thomas PASK and Elizabeth PASK lived at Milwaukee, Milwaukee County, Wisconsin, America.2 As of 1851, Thomas PASK and Elizabeth PASK lived at Hubbleton, Jefferson County, Wisconsin, America.2 As of 1864, Thomas PASK and Elizabeth PASK lived at Bryan, Williams County, Ohio, America.2
Thomas died before 1896 in Ohio, America.2
Research Note: Although in Ohio naturalization records for Joseph Pask, his son Thomas is listed as having come to the US with Joseph in 1823, Thomas either came across and returned to England, or the immigration record was ambiguous and meant to indicate merely that Joseph had a son Thomas. In any case, Thomas seems to have emigrated after his father did. According to his wife’s obituary, he came to the US in 1845 and settled in Richland County, Ohio. After 4 years there, the family moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin. Two years after that, they moved to Hubbleton, Wisconsin, for 15 years, moving to Bryan, Ohio, in 1864.2
