Ralph W. PASKE travelled on the "City of Rome", with his parents William and Ida departing from Greenock on 20 August 1896, arriving in New York on 31 August. They were enroute to their home in Norfolk, Madison County, Nebraska, America, after probably visiting family in England.3,2 In the census of 15 April 1910 in District 125, Oberlin, Lorain County, he was listed as a Student, aged 20 born in Nebraska, the son of William J. PASKE.4
