     Horace Edwin PASK's birth was registered in 1909 in the Chepstow registration district.1 He was the son of Edwin James PASK and Sarah LEE.1,3 In the census of 2 April 1911 in 2 New Tree Cottage, Tintern, Monmouthshire, he was listed as aged 18 months born in Chapel Hill, the son of Edwin James PASK.4
Horace died in a motorcycle accident in Windsor, and his death was registered in 1931 in the Staines registration district.5,6 Horace was buried on 23 July 1931 in St Michael's Church, Tintern, Monmouthshire.2
