Clara HALLS was born in 1860 in Hawstead, Suffolk.3,4 She was baptized on 5 May 1861 in the Parish Church, Hawstead, Suffolk.1,5 In the census of 2 April 1871 in Street, Hengrave, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 10 born in Hengrave, the daughter of Reuben John PASK.6,7 In the census of 3 April 1881 in 7 St. Marys Square, St. Marys, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, she was listed as an unmarried Cook aged 22 born in Hawstead, the servant of Alfred W. SNAPE, the vicar of St. Marys.8
Clara married Robert TILLETT in 1882 in the Thingoe registration district.2 In the census of 5 April 1891 in The Court, Flempton, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 30 born in Hawstead, the wife of Robert TILLETT; a Brickmaker, living with his wife Clara and children Reuben, Ellen, Clement, and Leonard.9 In the census of 31 March 1901 in Village Street, Hengrave, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 40 born in Hengrave, the wife of Robert TILLETT; a Brickmaker, living with his wife Clara and children Clement, Leonard, Hilda, Albert, and Ada. Also living with them was a boarder Willie RANSON, aged 2 born in London.10 Clara TILLETT was the informant on the death certificate of her father Reuben John PASK on 6 January 1905 in Thingoe, Suffolk; Chronic Bronchitis Asthma.11,12 In the census of 2 April 1911 in Hengrave, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 50 born in Hawstead, the wife of Robert TILLETT. They had been married 29 years with 7 children born, six living, and one dead; a Farm Labourer, living with his wife Clara, and son Albert.3

Bernard's death was registered in December 1869 in the Thingoe registration district at the age of 7.1,3,4 Bernard was buried on 19 December 1869 in St. Catherine, Flempton cum Hengrave, Suffolk.4

Robert married Clara Pask HALLS, daughter of Reuben John PASK and Mary Ann HALLS, in 1882 in the Thingoe registration district.1 Robert was listed as aged 37 born in Bardwell, the Head of Household in the census of 5 April 1891 at The Court, Flempton, Suffolk, a Brickmaker, living with his wife Clara and children Reuben, Ellen, Clement, and Leonard.5 Robert was listed as aged 47 born in Bardwell, the Head of Household in the census of 31 March 1901 at Village Street, Hengrave, Suffolk, a Brickmaker, living with his wife Clara and children Clement, Leonard, Hilda, Albert, and Ada. Joseph PASK was born in 1862 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire.1,4 He was the son of Joseph PASK and Elizabeth PASK.2,3 In the census of 3 April 1881 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire, he was listed as a Wheelwright Apprentice, the son of Joseph PASK.2
Joseph married Sarah A. WALKER circa 1891.1,5,6
Joseph was in a photograph taken in 1897.7
In the census of 31 March 1901 in The Hill, Stapleford, Lincolnshire, Joseph was listed as the Head of Household; a Joiner And Wheelwright, living with his wife and two daughters. He was the enumerator for the 1901 census returns for Stapleford.1,8
Joseph's death was registered in 1940 in the North Kesteven registration district.9 'The Hill" in Stapleford is where the Walkers (my Grandmother's father and mother) lived. The two cottages have since been made into one house and my brother Edgar now lives there.10
Research Note: In the 1901 Census Joseph and Sarah were living next door to Sarah's mother Elizabeth WALKER, and maternal grandmother Ann HARRISON.8,11

WALKER.1 She was in a photograph taken in 1897.4 In the census of 31 March 1901 in The Hill, Stapleford, Lincolnshire, she was listed as the daughter of Joseph PASK.1,5 Sarah married Fred KITCHEN (1893-1964) in 1916 in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.6
Sarah died in 1979.7

Thomas PASK was born in 1867 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire.1,3,4 He was the son of Joseph PASK and Elizabeth PASK.2,3 In the census of 3 April 1881 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire, he was listed as a Wheelwrights Apprentice, the son of Joseph PASK.2
Thomas married Martha LYON in 1895 in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.1,5
In the census of 31 March 1901 in The Hill, Stapleford, Lincolnshire, Thomas was listed as the Head of Household; a Joiner And Wheelwright, living with his wife and three daughters, and a lodger Arthur Brown.1
Thomas's death was registered in 1947 in the North Kesteven registration district.6

Martha married Thomas PASK, son of Joseph PASK and Elizabeth PASK, in 1895 in Newark-on-Trent, Nottinghamshire.1,5
In the census of 31 March 1901 in The Hill, Stapleford, Lincolnshire, she was listed as the wife of Thomas PASK (a Joiner And Wheelwright, living with his wife and three daughters, and a lodger Arthur Brown).1

Charlotte PASK was born on 13 November 1828 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire.2,1 She was the daughter of Thomas PASK and Elizabeth SMITH.2 Charlotte PASK witnessed the marriage of John Greaves SHEPPERSON and her sister Rebecca PASK on 5 June 1852 in Bingham, Nottinghamshire.3,4,5,6 When Elizabeth Pask died in 1869 she left six children under the age of 10, Charlotte Pask (1828-1914) took over their upbringing.7 In the census of 3 April 1881 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire, she was listed as unmarried, the sister of Joseph PASK.8
In the census of 31 March 1901 in The Hill, Stapleford, Lincolnshire, Charlotte was listed as the Head of Household; She was living On Own Means, with her neice. Next door lived her nephew Thomas.1
Charlotte's death was registered in 1915 in the Newark-on-Trent registration district.7,9 Charlotte is mentioned in the family bible.10

Joseph PASK was born on 11 June 1820 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire.1,4,5 He was the son of Thomas PASK and Elizabeth SMITH.2,3 Joseph PASK was baptised on 16 June 1820 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire.6 In the census of 30 March 1851 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire, he was listed as a Carpenter aged 30 born in Stapleford, the son of Thomas PASK.7 Joseph PASK witnessed the marriage of John Greaves SHEPPERSON and his sister Rebecca PASK on 5 June 1852 in Bingham, Nottinghamshire.8,9,6,10
Joseph married her cousin Elizabeth PASK, daughter of Joseph PASK and Elizabeth (?), on 20 July 1858 in St John the Evangelist, Washingborough, Lincolnshire. She was a Servant, a Spinster of full age residing at Heighington. Her father was listed as Michael PASK, a Labourer. The marriage was witnessed by Michael PASK, and Maria WHITE.4,11,12,3 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire, he was listed as a Carpenter, and joiner, aged 40 born in Staplefordthe son of Thomas PASK.2
In the census of 3 April 1881 in Stapleford, Lincolnshire, Joseph was listed as the Head of Household; a Carpenter & Wheelwright, widowed, living with her unmarried sister, two daughters and two sons. Also listed is a vistor, Annie BECK.1
Joseph died on 7 September 1894, at the age of 74, and his death was registered in the Newark-on-Trent registration district.4,13,14

Research Note: Although Elizabeth & Sarah were born in 1860, their births were not registered until 1861/Q1. Elizabeth is believed to have died in 1860 shortly after her birth, however her death was also not registered until 1861/Q1.5
