Violet Mabel LANAWAY was born on 1 June 1907 in Whyteleafe, Surrey.1,3 She was the daughter of Arthur Charles LANAWAY and Eva Annie PASK.1 In the census of 2 April 1911 in Ockham Villas, Whyteleafe, Surrey, she was listed as aged 4 born in Whyeleafe, the daughter of Arthur Charles LANAWAY.4 Violet emigrated with her parents Arthur & Eva LANAWAY on the "Ormonde" that departed from London on 19 March 1920 to Adelaide, South Australia, Australia.5,6
Violet died in 1975 in Prahran, Victoria, Australia.2
