In the census of 5 April 1891 in 10 Rook Road, Stamford, Lincolnshire, she was listed as the wife of Edward RICHARDS (a Shoe Maker Journeyman, living with his wife Rebecca and children Edward, and Frederick.)9
Rebecca was listed as aged 59, the Head of Household in the census of 31 March 1901 at 12 Eight Acres, Stamford, Lincolnshire, a widow, living her sons Edward and Fred. Also living with them was a Boarder, Rueben FISHPOOL, and grand-daughter Mary HORWOOD.10
