In the census of 7 April 1861 in Chevington, Suffolk, she was listed as aged 19 born in Chevington, employed at Cloth.. Factory, the daughter of John PASK.2 Mary witnessed the marriage of George PETTITT and her sister Susan PASK on 1 November 1862 in All Saints' Church, Wickhambrook, Suffolk.6,7,8,9,10 Mary married Simon BAILEY on 25 December 1862 in Chevington, Suffolk. The marriage was witnessed by James PETTIT, and Emily PASK [Mary Ann's sister]. She was a Spinster aged 20, residing at Chevington. Her father was listed as John PASK, a Labourer.4,11 Mary Ann BAILEY witnessed the marriage of her sister Emily PASKE and Robert BEAMISH on 1 April 1865 in St. Johns' Church, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk.12

She was a Spinster aged 31, residing at Sand Hill, Boxford. Her father was listed as Charles Ward, a Farm Labourer. The marriage was witnessed by C. WARD, and A. M. PASK.2,3,1 Her husband, John, died on 18 February 1936 in 44 Eastgate Street, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk. She was the informant of his death.4,5

Jane married John ELLIS on 13 January 1840 in St. Peter's Church, Navenby, Lincolnshire. She was a Spinster aged 19 residing in Wellingore. Her father is not listed. The marriage was witnessed by Thomas ELLISE (sic), and George LEE.1,5,6 In the census of 7 June 1841 in Wellingore, Lincolnshire, she was listed as as aged 20 born in the county of Lincolnshire, assummed to be the wife of John ELLIS; an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Jane.7

Research Note: There is a descrepancy over the ages given in the census. Sally writes: "I think it must be the same family as the children are of the same names. Everything ties in with the John Ellis and Jane that concern my family, their son William born 1844 Wellingore, Lincs was my great great grandfather. I have not been able to find him on the 1851 Census though, but do have his birth, death and marriage certificates.9"

His father was listed as Samuel Ellis, a Labourer. The marriage was witnessed by Thomas ELLISE (sic), and George LEE.1,3,4 John was listed as aged 20 born in the county of Lincolnshire, the Head of Household in the census of 7 June 1841 at Wellingore, Lincolnshire, an Agricultural Labourer, living with his wife Jane.5

Everything ties in with the John Ellis and Jane that concern my family, their son William born 1844 Wellingore, Lincs was my great great grandfather. I have not been able to find him on the 1851 Census though, but do have his birth, death and marriage certificates.7"

     Samuel ELLIS was born in 1854 in Wellingore, Lincolnshire.1 She was the daughter of John ELLIS and Jane PASK.1 In the census of 7 April 1861 in Wellingore, Lincolnshire, he was listed as aged 7, the son of John ELLIS.2 In the census of 2 April 1871 in Lincoln Road Cottages, Brauncewell, Lincolnshire, he was listed as an Agricultural Labourer, aged 17 born in Wellingore, the son of John ELLIS.1
