In the census of 3 April 1881 in Lower Cwm, Panteg, Monmouthshire, he was listed as a Labourer aged 15 born in Panteg, the son of Zachariah PASKE.4,5
Jacob married Emily SMALLCOMBE in 1886 in Pontypool, Monmouthshire.9

In the census of 2 April 1911 in 6 Grove Terrace, Charlesville, Pontnewynydd, Monmouthshire, Jacob was listed as aged 45 born in Panteg, the Head of Household; a Coal Miner Hewer, aged 35 born in Pontypool, living with his wife Emma, and eight of their nine children - Reuben Jacob, Elizabeth, Mary Jane, 'Jack', Thomas Henry, Phoebe Amelia, Zachariah Llewellyn, and Florence Violet.11
On 29 September 1939, in the 1939 National Register, Jacob and his wife Emma, were listed as living at 2 Poplar Terrace, Pontnewynydd, Monmouthshire. He was born on 15 January 1866, and his occupation was an Under Ground Labourer.3
His wife, Emma, died in 1942 in the Pontypool registration district.12,13
Jacob died on 8 January 1949 in 2 Poplar Terrace, Pontnewynydd, Monmouthshire, at the age of 82.2,14

     Phoebe PASKE was baptised on 5 March 1876 in Panteg, Monmouthshire.3,1,4 She was the daughter of Zachariah PASKE and Phoebe JENKINS.2,3 In the census of 3 April 1881 in Lower Cwm, Panteg, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 5 born in Panteg, the daughter of Zachariah PASKE.5,3 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Maddy's Row, Panteg, Monmouthshire, she was listed as "Pheobe", aged 15 born in Panteg, the daughter of Zachariah PASKE.6
Phoebe married Arthur William GILES in 1897 in the Newport registration district.2,7,8
Her husband, Arthur, died in 1918 in Riberalta, Bolivia; He was a refrigeration and mechanical engineer working on ships.9 In 1919, Phoebe and her son Arthur Richard Vincent GILES emigrated to Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.2,9
Phoebe married Albert Edward RODDIS in Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.9 She moved to a small place north of Prince George called Pouce Coupe in the 1930s.9
Phoebe died on 11 July 1942 at the age of 66.9 She was buried in Prince George Cemetery, Prince George, British Columbia, Canada.9

     Emma PASKE was baptised on 4 December 1881 in Panteg, Monmouthshire.2,3,4 She was the daughter of Zachariah PASKE and Phoebe JENKINS.5,1 In the census of 5 April 1891 in Maddy's Row, Panteg, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 9 born in Panteg, the daughter of Zachariah PASKE.6 In the census of 31 March 1901 in Panteg, Monmouthshire, she was listed as a Dressmaker, the sister of Zachariah PASKE.2
Emma married Edward John HILL on 25 July 1904 in Baptist Church, Merthyr Tydfil, Glamorganshire. It may well be that the wedding was from Edward's family home at Merthyr, as both his parents, Robert and Jane were still alive.7,8,5 Her husband, Edward, died in Kenfig Sands, Glamorganshire.9

Clive wrote: "At the time of my father's birth (1909) Edward was a grocer at Ebbw Vale, and and the family home was in the village of Cwm.9"
Emma died in September 1940 in Cwm, Ebbw Vale, Monmouthshire, at the age of 58.8,9

In the census of 2 April 1911 in 6 Grove Terrace, Charlesville, Pontnewynydd, Monmouthshire, he was listed as aged 8 born in Abersychan, the son of Jacob PASKE.3
Zachariah married Frances Emily DAVIS on 11 September 1932 in All Souls' Church, Evesham, Worcestershire. There were no known children from the marriage.4,5

In the census of 30 March 1851 in 80 Field Lane, Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk, he was listed as aged 44 born in Bury St. Edmunds, the son of James PASK. It is thought that the age has been incorrectly enumerated and should read aged 20.4
