Anna SCHADE1
Anna married Major-General William PASKE, son of Colonel Thomas Theophilus PASKE and Susan Amelia GOLDINGHAM, on 28 November 1896 in The Parish Church, Kensington, London. She was a Spinster aged 27, residing at 26 Queensbury Place. Her father was listed as George Schade, a Major. The marriage was witnessed by George Frederick Pask [son], and Agnes Werninck [daughter], and L. Hughes Hewitt?1,4,3
In the census of 31 March 1901 in 30 Elgin Crescent, Notting Hill, London, she was listed as aged 48 [incorrectly enumerated - her age was infact 30] born in Lippy Somerset, the wife of Major-General William PASKE (a Major General Army Officer, living with his wife Anna, and children Annie, Reginald Pearson, and Frederic. Also listed was three servants.)2
Research Note: There seems to be inconsistencies in her details. At the time of her marriage it says that she is 27. In the 1901 census is states she was aged 48 born in Lippy Somerset. Her birth has not been found. Neither has she been found in the 1871-1881 census. There was a nurse found in the 1891 census who was born in 1870 in Thüringen, Erfurt.3
