     Guy Frederick LEVY was born on 1906 in Willesden, Middlesex.¹ He was the son of Frederick William LEVY and Rosa Kate Isabella PASKE.¹ In the census of 2 April 1911 in "Horrington", Chatsworth Road, Cricklewood, Middlesex, he was listed as aged 5 born in Willesden Green, the son of Frederick William LEVY.¹
