In the census of 30 March 1851 in Lower Sallovan, Dingestow, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 48 born in Cwmcarvan, the wife of Walter BLOWER (a Farmer of 200 Acres, living with his wife Elizabeth, and their children Walter, William, and Thomas. Also listed was three servants.)5
In the census of 7 April 1861 in Little Treawen, Wonastow, Monmouthshire, she was listed as aged 59 born in Cwmcarvan, the wife of Walter BLOWER (a Farmer of 45 Acres, living with his wife Elizabeth, and their children William, and 'Marianne'. Also listed was a servant John Farr, a Cowman.)10
Her husband, Walter, died on 1 February 1863 in Little Treown, Wonastow, Monmouthshire.11,12
Her husband's, Walter BLOWER, estate was probated to her on 14 April 1863 at The Principal Registry, London.11
Elizabeth's death was registered in 1867 in the Monmouth registration district.13
