Mary Pask, Llandwand [Llandevaud], was summoned at the instance of William Lawrence, farmer, for rescuing a pig from being impounded. On the 8th instant defendant's pig broke through complainant's hedge, and ravaged his garden. He drove it out, and was about to put it in the parish pound, when defendant came and got it away home. He had no wish to act unneighbourly, but the pig was so great a nuisance he could not put up with its depredations. On condition that the pig was properly taken care of, the case was disposed of by defendant paying costs only.
